Keeping pets and those who love them together is our mission. This medical and safety-net program provides critical resources to prevent pets from being surrendered to shelters or euthanized due to financial reasons. Upon approval, medical costs will be covered up to $500. If your pet is suffering from a critical, life-threatening illness or injury, please apply for our PAWs Project.
Manatee, Sarasota, or Charlotte County residents who, without intervention, would be forced to surrender their pet(s) due to a financial or personal crisis may qualify.
Proof of need is required.

Since 2018, we have funded over $250,000 in medical care, both critical and minor cases, and provided many safety-net resources to help hundreds of pets and pet owners in need. A sample of our impact can be seen here: Recipients of Giving

We depend on the generosity of those who support us.
